AWE is a major shareholder (45%) in a 200 MW project which is at an early stage of development.

Romania is an attractive market due to fair wind conditions and attractive Power Purchase Agreements.

AWE has established a partnership in Romania with our local partner, Green Power Consultants (GPC), and Havgul from Norway for development of the project.

AWE is currently looking for a financial partner to support the development of this project.

AWE is, together with local partners, establishing the company Alpha Wind Renewables Romania SrL. (AWR) for development and consultancy services in Romania.
